1. Introduction

• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete.

XEE88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and witholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the XEE88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited. XEE88 uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, XEE88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or game rounds, confiscate any bonus funds, and withold any winings derived from those accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. XEE88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify XEE88 Customer Support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

XEE88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards and responsible gambling best practices. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your account lifecycle at XEE88's discretion. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within three months. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

5. Terms of Use

By using the XEE88 Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets and game outcomes are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport market in play at the time of wager.
• The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. XEE88 does not guarantee any return on any wager placed.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

XEE88 supports deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via a range of local and international payment methods, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your name. XEE88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made using payment methods not registered to you may be reversed without notice and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. XEE88 reserves the right to request completion of full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfers are typically processed within one to three business hours.

6.3 Currency

The primary operating currency for Malaysian users on the XEE88 Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. XEE88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any loss arising therefrom.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds that have been credited as Bonus Funds, or winings derived from Bonus Funds, are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are satisfied may result in the forfeiture of bonus balances. XEE88 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings as detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

XEE88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any inconsistency. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified expiry window. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play. Bets exceeding the stated maximum (typically MYR 250–500 per round) while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino titles typically contribute 10%–20%.
• XEE88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the XEE88 Platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, funds frozen or confiscated, and legal action may be pursued where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to XEE88 at any time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or accessing from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Coluding with other players in any game or betting activity.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information trading, or corruption in relation to sports betting.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction in breach of applicable laws.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with any part of the Platform.
• Conducting chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider without first raising the matter through XEE88's dispute resolution process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the XEE88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, and software — is the property of XEE88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without XEE88's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XEE88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity interruptions affecting the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain account security.
• Errors or omissions in game results, odds, or betting markets, subject to the Platform's correction and void procedures.
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information published on the Platform.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activities on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit XEE88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. XEE88 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service provided through the Platform.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by XEE88

XEE88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity for a period exceding 12 months, or any conduct that XEE88 reasonably believes to be harmful to the Platform or to other users.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any funds in the account balance (excluding fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable administrative fees and following completion of any required verification.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting XEE88 Customer Support via live chat. Before closing your account, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real money balance. Account closures for responsible gambling reasons — including permanent self-exclusion — are processed immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XEE88 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to XEE88's internal dispute resolution process. 13. Amendments to These Terms

XEE88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, XEE88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
